I like to be as flexible as possible when putting together a menu so treat these ideas as a starting point. I'm here to be led by you and as far as is possible I will always tailor the event to your taste to include favourite flavours and themes.

Charcuterie boards (Salami, Prosciutto, Chorizo) Olives, Cheese (Brie, Blue, Mature cheddar, Roule as standard) Houmous, grapes, bread/crackers

Oak

Choice of Home baked Ham/Poached salmon/Roast beef, Sausage rolls, pork pies, quiche, bread rolls/baguettes, butter, Home made chutney, pickle and mustard

Sycamore

Sandwich selection, crisps, Sausage/cheese and onion rolls, selection of vegetarian Samosa/onion bhaji/veg spring roll/Filo prawn, Large rectangular pizzas - cheese and tomato/pepperoni

Chestnut (add on)

Green salad, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Rice Salad, Cous Cous, Slaw

Hornbeam (add on)

Cake and dessert trolley option including carrot, chocolate, lemon and scones with jam and cream

Birch (add on)

Canapes, bitesize nibbles, bruschetta, appetisers to start your event
